East End Hot Peri Peri Rub

East End Hot Peri Peri seasoning is a mix of the following pepper powders: cayenne, chilli, paprika and black pepper. Additionally, dried onions, dried garlic, mustard seed, parsley and celery are added to the mix to add a complex flavour. You can of course sprinkle this on your french fries and enjoy it but it can also be used as a seasoning ingredient for raw meats and fishes.
